Making Exterior Changes
Please be aware that prior to making any changes to the exterior of your property, including painting or installing siding, you must submit an “Application Form Requesting Approval” to the Board of Directors. The form can be found on this website under “Forms” > Property Change Application > Application for Exterior Work. The form can be submitted via email to [email protected] or mailed to Willow Farm, PO Box 28131, Kansas City, MO 64188. Do not send to an individual board member. You should not proceed with your project until you have received written approval from the Board.
