Location: Sun Fresh market
Attendees:

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 AM.
Swim Team Activities
The board has decided to draft a letter to send to the Swim Team outlining the rules and fee required to use the pool for the 2001 swim season. After the last board meeting with the Swim Team it was agreed that more information needed to be in writing so everyone has a clear understanding of the expectations of each party. The letter will be sent out before the end of the year so the Swim Team will have time to respond and do any planning they may need to do prior to the swim season.
Secretary
The board approved the minutes from previous board meeting.
Grounds
The crack on the tennis court will be repaired in the spring. This is maintenance work from the previous repair that did not hold up.
The board rejected a bid that was submitted to the board to have some trees trimmed along 96th street.
Other Issues
The board received a letter complaining about houses in the neighborhood that do not comply with the home association bylaws. The board has addressed issues in the past and is going to address some others we are aware of. The board also discussed that at the annual meeting there is a proposal to change the bylaws to allow the board to issue fines for violations. Currently, the board has very little legal recourse if someone refuses to abide by the bylaws.
The next board meeting will be December 9, 2000, 7:30 AM at the Sun Fresh Market.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 AM.
