STRUCTURES APPURTENANT TO A RESIDENCE

Written approval by the board of directors is required for the following improvements:

1. Fences (Location, height, and material to be used).

2. External solar energy or energy conservation or producing devices, equipment, or structures; exterior antenna, satellite dish or other device. (Constructed or installed).

3. Structures appurtenant to a residence. (This includes decks, hot tubs, gazebos, dog pens, etc.)

4. Aluminum, vinyl or steel siding, manufactured stone and lava rock siding.

5. Composite roofing material resembling wood shake shingles.
