Welcome to the Willow Farm community! We are proud to be a vibrant and established neighborhood in Clay County, originally developed by Tower Properties as part of the New Mark development. The Willow Farm Pool and Homes Association was formed in 1976, and in 1989 management transitioned from the developer to our homeowners.

Today, our 203-member association is led by volunteer residents who serve on the Board of Directors and work together to maintain the quality, safety, and value of our neighborhood.
